Job summary

Hilton Foods Canada is seeking a Customer Business Development Manager to lead the Walmart partnership, drive category growth, and oversee promotional strategies.

The role focuses on sustaining long-term collaboration with Walmart’s commercial, innovation and supply chain teams to deliver growth in key categories.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the interface with the Walmart Merchant and Product Developments teams to create and maintain an enduring relationship to ensure the positive development of all the categories in scope.
• Develop and implement tactical plans in collaboration with Walmart to deliver volume growth and optimal market share performance.
• Work with the NPD team to ensure targeted new product innovation and existing product development to align with consumer trends and customer needs.
• Develop, plan, execute and monitor effective promotional schemes generating maximum category volume and profitability.
• Negotiate prices with both customers and suppliers, including promotional pricing and new product development costings.
• Manage all elements of account administration including forecasting, cost price confirmations, new line forms and promotional activity.
• Provide regular analytics and reporting to monitor product performance and make recommendations for remedial action as required.

Salary Range: CAD$87,761 – CAD$109,701

Manage key relationships with Walmart commercial, innovation and supply chain teams to deliver long-term sustainable development and growth for Walmart and Hilton in the category areas in scope now and in the future.

Key Accountabilities
