Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship building and communication: build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various channels and manage escalations.
• Program implementation and best practices: coordinate with local sales teams to implement guidance from Global Sales Center resources.
