Job summary

Moosehead Breweries Limited is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic growth across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You will work with Moosehead and partner brands, leveraging data to drive distribution, shelf presence, and promotions.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, travel readiness, and a track record of expanding volume and margin with key retailers. Based in MB/SK with a national footprint, Moosehead offers a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field.
• Experience as a Key Account Manager in Beverage Alcohol or CPG.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to grow volume and margin with assigned retailers.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key customer personnel to meet shopper, category, and operational needs.
• Negotiate and deliver customer performance against distribution, shelf, price, promotion, and display targets.
• Communicate clearly with Sales and Cross-Functional teams for strong execution.
• Deliver annual sales and margin targets aligned with the MB/ON market plan.
• Use data to assess performance and close gaps; collaborate with Sales leadership to address issues.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute Annual Customer Business Plans.
• Manage Key Account budget with regular tracking of brand and activity spends.
• Support field sales through regular in-field ride-alongs to understand issues and competition.
