Job summary

SickKids Foundation is seeking an Associate Director of IT Infrastructure/Network to steer enterprise infrastructure, ensuring design integrity, security, and continuous improvement across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will lead the Infrastructure/Network Services team, drive modernization, set standards, and align technical strategy with organizational priorities, delivering reliable 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years in senior technical infrastructure and management roles (Tier III–IV).
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Infrastructure Services team.
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure including data centres, servers, storage, networking, and cloud.
