TEEMA Group in Toronto, Ontario, seeks a Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure, Security & Operations to lead enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, networking, identity and access management, disaster recovery, and operational resilience. This role translates technology strategy into disciplined execution and acts as CTO delegate.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security or technology operations.
5+ years of senior technology leadership, ideally leading infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
Strong experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies (Azure, 365, AD, Entra ID).
Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

Act as the CTO’s operational deputy for infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology operations, resilience, and technology risk.
Represent the CTO in governance, vendor, audit, and executive discussions.
Provide leadership continuity during the CTO’s absence and serve as escalation point for critical operational technology matters.
Translate enterprise technology direction into practical roadmaps, standards, controls, and operating plans.
Lead modernization and lifecycle management of cloud, server, storage, networking, and core infrastructure platforms.
