SaskPower is seeking a Consultant who interfaces with private sector generation providers holding PPAs to support reliable power delivery across the province. The Consultant manages a portfolio of PPAs and serves as the primary contact for these partnerships.

You will provide strategic guidance, lead cross-functional teams, and develop programs and processes aligned with SaskPower's goals. The role includes researching, developing, recommending, and implementing strategic and operational

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential issues with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment and drive results.

Mansioni

• Ensure PPAs are complied with throughout the operational period of generation facilities.
• Coordinate between IPP and SaskPower project teams to implement PPAs before commercial operation.
• Apply critical thinking and sound decision making when assessing IPP requests or issues.
• Provide strategic and confidential consultation across multiple functions and drive practical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and workshops to develop innovative business solutions.
• Develop presentations and briefings for internal and external audiences.
