Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 4+ years of production planning/scheduling experience.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; JD Edwards a strong asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet schedule deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules across product lines.
- Translate demand into time-phased production requirements.
- Manage WIP and shop-floor status in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Procurement).
- Monitor inventory and material availability to minimize shortages.
