Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and/or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Minimum four years of relevant professional work experience.
• Hands-on experience with inventory/planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning for IBP process with continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop execution plans and manage demand plans for new product introductions and lifecycle management.
• Drive Supply Planning and Inventory Management for the portfolio.
• Ensure target inventory levels meet service level targets using inventory entitlement.
• Lead supply disruption recoveries with Supply Chain partners and commercial teams.
• Communicate product availability information accurately to customers and partners.
