Job summary

Societe Generale is seeking an Analyst/Associate–Sourcing Manager for HR in the Americas. You will define and execute HR category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and deliver measurable value through cost optimization and risk mitigation across the Americas (US and Canada).

You will influence senior stakeholders, lead complex negotiations, and ensure compliance with policies while operating in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong general experience with the sourcing process.
• Proficiency in contract terms and conditions negotiations and drafting.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills required.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic category management for HR spend; develop and execute the plan.
• Manage full sourcing lifecycle: negotiations, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and RFx processes.
• Develop category strategies focused on US/Canada spend and alignment with priorities.
• Deliver value through cost optimization, demand management, and supplier consolidation.
• Lead complex negotiations and enterprise-level sourcing initiatives; track savings.
