• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and reporting for long-term incentive and deferred compensation programs, including hedge framework.
• Manage and review bonus accrual processes for cash-based and deferred plans.
• Serve as primary HR Accounting contact for Bernstein entities in US and Canada.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for compensation and benefits programs.
• Analyze and reconcile complex accounting entries for accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Treasury, and external stakeholders on compensation initiatives.
• Provide guidance on accounting treatment for deferred compensation and hedging activities.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries; drive process improvements and risk management.
