Job summary

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Manager, Strategic Business Partnering (Operations) to lead HR business partnering for Operations and Project Delivery & Technical Execution. You will translate business priorities into practical people strategies and manage a team of HR Business Partners and Labour Relations professionals.

You will collaborate with HR operations, total rewards and talent teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR support, workforce planning and organizational change

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
Progressive HR experience with senior business-facing partnering.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, organization design and change management.

Responsibilities

Act as integrator across HR and connect leaders with the right HR expertise.
Lead strategic HR business partnering team members across portfolio priorities.
Provide counsel to senior leaders on organizational and workforce needs.
Mentor and develop HR professionals to build a high-performing team.
Translate business strategies into practical and sustainable people plans.
