Job summary

The role requires strong adult-learning expertise, program management and the ability to drive measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership development, learning and development, or talent management.
• Ability to translate strategy into development priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and blended-learning practices.
• Proven people leadership, coaching and talent-building capabilities.
• Experience with budgets, vendors and enterprise-wide programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise leadership development strategy and plans.
• Translate corporate priorities into clear development priorities and scalable solutions.
• Embed leadership capabilities across programs with focus on outcomes, inclusion and safety.
• Develop cohort-based and blended learning for leaders at all levels.
• Foster internal mobility and readiness for Pembina’s future workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Teams and external providers to align with business needs.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team and manage governance, budgets and risks.
• Evaluate effectiveness via data and feedback and drive improvements.
• Model Pembina’s values and create a psychologically safe learning environment.
• Embrace change and adapt plans with data-driven iterations.
