Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HRBP, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction.
• Demonstrated working knowledge in Workforce planning and change models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop HR plans.
• Lead recruitment planning and performance development processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to policy development and HR projects.
