Kibbi in Canada is seeking an HR professional with 3–5 years of experience to lead staff consultation, recruitment, payroll, and compliance initiatives, coordinating the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals.

You will establish and implement policies and procedures, oversee payroll administration, review HR projects for legal compliance, and advise senior management on people-related matters.

• Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
• Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals.
• Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures.
• Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage training and development strategies.
• Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
• Advise senior management.
• Respond to employee questions and complaints.
• Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
