Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably multi-site or manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of North American labor laws and HR technologies.
• Proven track record building HR operating systems, SOPs and policy frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in scalable talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
