Job summary

FNZ seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead a strategic, commercially-focused HR partnership in North America. You will advise senior leaders on employee relations, legislation, workforce planning, talent strategy, organisational design, and change management to enable business performance.

You will partner with the NAM HR team to drive people strategy, manage risk, and ensure compliance with Canadian and US employment laws, while aligning with Global HR to support the region.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP with leadership experience.
• Strong analysis and advisory capabilities for senior leaders.
• Experience managing complex ER cases and employment law risk.
• Proven ability to implement talent, engagement and org change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders across Canada and US.
• Lead HR operations in NAM and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Oversee mobility, payroll governance, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive workforce planning, design, and talent strategies.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects and policy harmonisation.
