Job summary

Pangeo Group is hiring an HR & Admin Manager for its Vaughan, Ontario plant. This hands-on leadership role will build the HR foundations, organize the talent team, and implement policies and processes to ramp the operation successfully.

You will own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to HR investigations, partnering with the Plant Manager to drive a culture of belonging, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing or automotive supplier environments.
• Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CHRL preferred, CHRP an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, AODA, WSIB processes.
• Experience building HR programs and processes in new or scaling operations.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 HR documentation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build the organization and talent team for the plant as it ramps up.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, postings, interviewing, onboarding, and immigration support.
• Define and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Administer payroll, group benefits, and compensation programs to Ontario requirements.
• Build culture, alignment, and workplace practices in partnership with the Plant Manager.
