Job summary

Cybera, a not-for-profit agency in Calgary, seeks an HR Manager to lead the human resources function across the employee lifecycle. You will coach managers, drive a people-first strategy, and oversee benefits and HR tools, including AI-enabled workflows, in a dynamic hybrid workplace.

The role requires 5+ years of HR leadership experience, knowledge of Alberta employment standards, and a strong focus on confidentiality and inclusion. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
HR management certificate or higher preferred.
CPHR designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead HR Generalist and mentor the HR team to meet operational goals.
Guide candidate sourcing, onboarding, contracts, and setup for staff.
Oversee termination processes with discretion and compliance.
Administer and review benefits programs (disability, RRSP, Health & Lifestyle spending).
Maintain secure staff records and support audits.
