Job summary

Atlas Aéronautik is seeking a human resources, labor relations and OHS coordinator to support managers, ensure compliance, and act as a trusted partner in the organization.

The role includes implementing OHS practices, managing files, and producing KPIs; requires a university degree in IR/HR, experience in labor relations and change management, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in industrial relations, human resources management or related field.
• Training in law, labor relations or mediation is an asset.
• Significant experience supporting/coaching management in labor relations and project management.
• Experience in change management.
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support managers in daily routine and complex labor relations and OHS situations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and best HR practices.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and directors to propose solutions.
• Implement and improve the OHS component and internal processes.
• Manage OHS files end-to-end.
• Produce KPIs related to the function.
