Job summary

You’ll partner closely with leadership, manage HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and help ensure compliant, scalable HR practices across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR/generalist experience in a retail/beauty or similar environment.
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple locations or jurisdictions is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, records, agreements, changes and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll activities: hours, attendance, leaves and payroll changes.
• Support compensation and benefits programs and inquiries.
• Maintain compliant HR processes, records and reporting.
