Job summary

Dentsu Health is seeking an Account Manager to join the Client Engagement team and support our top priority health and pharmaceutical clients in Canada and the US.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will assist with account planning, client management and project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

Strong communication, strategic thinking and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a marketing/advertising agency role, health-focused; new grads considered with applicable skills.
• University degree in science, communications, marketing or business preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical regulations in the Canadian market (PAAB, ASC, etc.).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SmartSheets.

Responsibilities

• Contributes as part of an integrated team in achieving client objectives and execution of projects.
• Participates and leads meetings and communications with clients, internal teams and external vendors.
• With the support of the Account Director and Senior Vice President, helps to lead small to mid-size clients in the Canadian and US markets.
• Supports in 360 project management, including development of timelines, client briefs, project estimates and SOW documents.
• Ensures cross-functional internal teams are kept up to date on milestones and deadlines and schedules meetings.
• Ensures projects follow client workflows, internal milestones and brand guidelines.
• Provides accurate project details and updates to clients on a regular basis.
• Comfortable with supporting management of promotional materials through MLR review cycles.
• Supports administrative duties such as status updates, proofreading, presentation support, planning, billing and data entry.
