Job summary

GreenShield is seeking a Manager of Strategic Development to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across Insurance, Administration and Health, shaping strategy, conducting market research, and building business cases to support objectives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and report to the Director, Strategic Planning & Execution, contributing to the 5-year corporate plan and growth opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in strategy-related roles (Corporate Strategy/HealthTech)
• Experience preparing/presenting to Board and Executive leadership
• Ability to link strategy to financial plans and analysis
• Strong collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the 5-year Enterprise Strategy plan and prepare presentations for SLT/Board
• Develop and evolve enterprise strategy with business units and support partner initiatives
• Collaborate with leaders to craft multi-dimensional strategies for external partnerships
• Monitor strategic initiatives and recommend improvements as needed
• Create reports/presentations to facilitate strategic discussions across the enterprise
• Develop components of Health & Admin strategy and identify new opportunities
