Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners is seeking a Senior Vice President, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to shape enterprise HSE strategy and lead across national operations. The role balances executive oversight with hands-on engagement with leaders and frontline teams to embed HSE priorities in decisions and daily work.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in asset-intensive, regulated environments.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide HSE strategies and governance.
• Ability to translate data and trends into business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of federal/provincial regulations and safety standards.
• Experience guiding acquisitions and large-scale integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a data-supported corporate HSE strategy with policies and standards.
• Lead enterprise capability for growth, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Integrate HSE protocols in new acquisitions and JVs for consistency.
• Provide strategic direction to senior operational leads across regions.
• Oversee regulatory training and compliance across sites.
• Produce executive reporting on risk, performance, and priorities.
• Engage regulators and external stakeholders at leadership level.
