Job summary

GreenShield is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Technology Management to own and evolve the digital workplace. You will lead a team across devices, applications, access, mobility and automation, ensuring platforms enable a frictionless employee experience with AI-enabled processes.

You’ll drive a modern, experience-led roadmap, standardize platforms, ensure performance and adoption, and partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure and HR to deliver trusted, scalable workplace technology

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in workplace technology or digital workplace engineering.
3–5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and endpoint management.
Experience with identity & access management, automation, scripting, and ITSM platforms.
Hybrid or cloud-first mindset with ability to lead through transformation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end workplace technology domains including devices, apps, access, mobility and automation.
Define and execute an experience-led digital workplace roadmap aligned to business priorities.
Drive platform standardization, rationalization, and scalability across the enterprise.
Oversee portfolio including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, ITSM tools, and related technologies.
Lead teams for technical resolution, problem management, and design improvements.
Drive automation and AI enablement to improve service efficiency and self-service adoption.
Manage product/vendor relationships and build cross-functional partnerships.
Foster a culture of proactive engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement.
