You will partner with Creative and Strategy leads to deliver impactful work, develop talent, and grow client partnerships while maintaining a strong profitability profile. Alberta-based candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in a similar leadership role within marketing, communications or advertising.
• Proven expertise in strategic client management, financial oversight, business development and talent coaching.
• Demonstrated success in building long-term client partnerships rooted in trust, innovation and measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of growth, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of marketing trends, brand strategy and emerging technologies.
• Strong collaboration and ability to align cross-functional teams for integrated work.
• Experience integrating AI and advanced technologies into client solutions and agency workflows.
• Understanding of data privacy and responsible AI use in marketing and business contexts.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities to develop high-performing teams.
• Open to Alberta-based candidates.
