Power Digital Marketing in Canada is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts. You will own campaign planning, optimization, reporting, QA, and proactive client communication while guiding cross-channel initiatives.

You will mentor junior talent, refine testing roadmaps, and leverage AI and the Nova ecosystem to drive measurable growth and strong client outcomes within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in two or more paid advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts.
• Conduct QA to prevent errors impacting client revenue.
• Ensure budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
• Demonstrate expertise in at least two major ad channels.
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations and surface opportunities/risks.
• Analyze data and develop actionable insights for client strategies.
• Maintain testing roadmaps and manage next steps.
• Apply attribution and measurement frameworks across campaigns.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior talent and support team ceremonies.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance workflows.
