Job summary

Artitalia Group Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive growth in the retail and hospitality manufacturing sector in Montréal.

You will cold call, develop new accounts, present proposals, and negotiate to close orders while coordinating with design, production, and finance teams. The role requires at least five years of sales or account management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Experience selling custom-manufactured products or services within retail and hospitality industries.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Account Acquisition and Strategic Outreach with new prospects.
• End-to-end Account Management and ownership of client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams from concept to rollout.
• Forecasting, program planning and inventory coordination with clients.
• Maintain client relationships and drive account growth.
• Support post-sale activities and ensure client satisfaction.
