• Trade Certification or College Diploma.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in dispatch.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active listener with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily dispatch operations, including preparing driver manifests and scheduling deliveries and pickups.
• Monitors routes in real time, communicates with drivers, and resolves service or scheduling issues.
• Supports safety programs through meetings, compliance monitoring, and incident follow-ups.
• Reviews performance data and reports to identify trends and improve operations.
