Job summary

• Experience in dispatch, scale-house, and customer service.
• Construction materials ordering and delivery experience.
• Ability to coordinate just-in-time deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive and schedule customer orders with hauler/driver details.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide night and weekend dispatch coverage.
• Assist with scale house and ticketing activities.
• Maintain order and customer data in logistics software.
