Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, with a CPA or MBA preferred; a scientific educational background is a strong asset.
• 6–10 years of experience in accounting or finance, at least 3 years in FP&A; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech preferred.
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and experience with business intelligence software.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning tools (SAC preferred) and ERP platforms (SAP preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis of financial results to deliver actionable insights and clear, step-by-step execution pathways
• Collaborate within an advanced FP&A team to build, adjust, and visualize budgets and financial forecasts
• Deliver on-time monthly actuals vs. budget and prior-year comparisons, highlighting key operational drivers and future outlooks
• Tailor complex financial analysis and recommendations across written reports, dashboards, and oral presentations for diverse audiences
• Leverage strong in-house FP&A systems and tools to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and visualization quality
