Job summary

ARC’TERYX in North Vancouver seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, NAM Indirect Finance, to partner with leaders, deliver insightful planning and reporting, and mature FP&A standards for North America. This role supports SG&A planning, variance analysis, and KPI tracking within a hybrid work model based in Canada.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in finance/FP&A, a finance-related degree (CPA asset). Strong Excel, BI tools, and experience with OneStream are preferred; a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance or FP&A with planning, reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA enrollment or progress is an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and BI tools; OneStream is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close and variance analysis with clear commentary.
• Forecast and budget support; consolidate inputs and validate data.
• Standard cost center and OPEX reporting; ensure outputs are consistent and clear.
• Ad hoc analysis for business cases, spend deep dives, scenario modelling.
• Stakeholder engagement and business partnering with directors and cost center owners.
• Data integrity and QA checks to prevent issues in outputs.
• Lead at least one process or systems optimization project per year.
