The Canadian Centre for Child Protection invites applications for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Director, this role provides strategic financial analysis, planning, forecasting and decision support to leaders across the organization.

You will partner with departments to guide budgeting, monitor performance, prepare management reports, and drive improvements in financial processes.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or working toward completion.
• Minimum three years of experience in management accounting or a related finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders across an organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to provide financial guidance, analysis and recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and resource planning.
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis and financial insights for leadership.
• Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support month-end, year-end, audit processes and financial controls.
• Improve financial processes, systems and reporting tools.
