Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking an experienced Financial Manager in Bolton, Ontario to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across the Finance and Accounting teams as well as Customer Service. You will deliver timely data to support strategic decision making and planning.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP experience, a CPA/CMA-type designation, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring accuracy in reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• 5 years of financial analysis and/or managerial experience in manufacturing/service environments.
• CPA, CGA, CA or CMA designation.
• Experience with BaaN ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vLookups, macros, financial modelling) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure budgets and monthly forecasts are completed at consolidated, territory and team-leader levels.
• Deliver accurate, insightful analysis of actual results vs forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare and publish monthly P&Ls for all levels of the organization; support GMs, Directors and cost centers.
• Assist month-end close; resolve BAAN/AX integration issues with IT/Controllership.
• Investigate and report significant cost changes in PVMC.
• Prepare pricing summaries by product segment; support PVMC pricing impact.
