Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager, Finance PMO to drive successful execution of strategic priorities and transformation initiatives. You will coordinate across Finance, Operations, IT, and other functions, delivering governance, reporting, and decision support to senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial acumen, project management, and stakeholder management, with a focus on benefits realization and continuous improvement across the Finance portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent designation is an asset.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Finance PMO framework with governance, prioritization, planning, reporting, and escalation.
• Maintain consolidated view of initiatives, timelines, resources, risks and benefits.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate priorities into actionable initiatives and execution plans.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for progress, risks and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support prioritization, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Track benefits realization and ensure governance and controls throughout transformation.
