Responsibilities

• Identify and expedite part shortages.
• Maintain accuracy of delivery information in ERP.
• Ensure delivery commitments are received from suppliers and entered in ERP.
• Address assembly emergencies and work with suppliers to expedite rush requirements.
• Proactively communicate updates for pacing shortages to the operation.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction; identify risks and opportunities for supplier cost reductions.
• Communicate daily demand to suppliers.
• Support target costing for new products as required.
