Job summary
Sun Life in Canada seeks a Finance leader to oversee reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the Wealth distribution channel within RA&S. You will work with finance partners to deliver accurate insights and drive decisions across the business.

Qualifications
- Wealth/financial services industry knowledge is required.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Planning, Performance Management or Analytics.
- Degree in Business or Finance; CPA/CFA/MBA designation preferred.
- Bilingual in French and English for Quebec role; ability to support bilingual staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual sales and income reporting for RA&S Wealth channels.
- Develop RA&S Wealth QBR packages and explain key income drivers to senior leaders.
- Lead wealth business planning, forecasting and strategic processes with partners.
- Support strategic projects including M&A activity.
- Engage with internal partners on sales data discussions and data quality.
- Mentor a senior analyst and ensure high-quality financial outputs.
