Job summary

Sun Life in Canada is seeking a Finance leader to drive reporting, forecasting and strategic planning for the RA&S Wealth distribution channel. You will work with finance partners to deliver timely financial insights and actionable recommendations.

The role requires 7+ years in finance, a strong leadership profile, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with emphasis on collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Finance, Planning, Performance Management, or related field.
Degree in Business, Finance, or similar; CPA/CFA/MBA preferred.
Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Experience with Longview, Workiva, SAP.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Bilingual FR/EN for Quebec considerations.

Responsibilities

Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual sales and income reporting for Wealth channels.
Develop RA&S Wealth QBR packages and explain key drivers of income.
Lead wealth planning, forecasting, and strategic planning with partners.
Mentor a senior analyst and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence decisions.
