Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Canada is seeking a senior Finance and Planning professional to lead management reporting, forecasting and strategic planning for the Retail Wealth Distribution team (RA&S). You will work with business and finance partners to deliver timely, accurate financial insights and drive outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 7+ years in Finance, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Finance, Planning, Performance Management, Business Analytics or related field.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or similar.
• CPA/CFA/MBA designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual sales and income reporting for the Wealth distribution channels within RA&S.
• Own the development of RA&S Wealth QBR packages, explaining key drivers of income for senior leaders.
• Lead Wealth business planning & forecasting with business partners and senior leaders.
• Provide leadership and support for strategic projects, including M&A activity.
• Build relationships with senior partners, finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.
