Job summary

Finlink Group is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Director in Montreal, on-site, full-time. You will own financial reporting, close processes, intercompany accounting, and consolidation across Canada and the U.S., guiding internal controls and partnering with senior leadership.

The role blends hands-on financial management with strategic leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, banking relationships, ERP optimization (Odoo), and cross-border compliance.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or progress toward CPA is required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Exposure to budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle with accurate records.
• Lead monthly and year-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports across entities and divisions.
• Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and approvals.
• Oversee inventory accounting and reporting with logistics partners.
