Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the organization's financial processes.
• Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for various entities, divisions, or business units.
• Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts and the annual budget, including variance analysis.
• Strengthen financial controls related to accounts payable, expenses, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and financial consolidation processes, as required.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of inventory and related operations.
• Manage applicable tax, regulatory, and administrative obligations, as well as payroll processes.
• Coordinate annual audit engagements and manage relationships with external partners, including accounting firms and auditors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with financial institutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while establishing standards and best practices.
• Participate in the implementation and enhancement of human resources and talent management processes.
