Job summary

SAP Delivery Executive (DE) role focuses on delivering SAP solutions with strong governance and client engagement. You will coordinate with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep SAP experience, enterprise delivery skills, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships at executive levels. A bilingual French capability is a plus for Canada-related work.

Qualifications

10 years of SAP program management experience.
Experience delivering software in enterprise environments (Fortune 100 or larger).
Superior project financials business acumen (forecasting, allocated revenue).
Strong engagement management and escalation handling; PMP and/or related certifications.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide effective project governance for one or more Value or Strategic accounts.
Coordinate across sales, solutioning, and delivery at strategic and tactical levels.
Manage services relationship during implementations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop business opportunities and expand SAP services on accounts.
Guide project teams on resource strategy, issues, escalation management, and execution.
