Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading SAP Managed Services.
- Ability to shape, solution, and sell SAP Managed Services engagements.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Managed Services, AMS, or SAP operations.
- Experience with SAP service governance, SLAs, ITSM processes, and service delivery frameworks.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
