Job summary

SAP Ottawa is seeking a Delivery Executive to oversee one or more Value or Strategic accounts, guiding delivery from sales support to post go-live. You’ll work closely with the customer, the Services Client Partner, and partners to establish program governance and ensure successful SAP solutions implementation.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP program management, experience with large enterprises, strong finance and negotiation skills, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP program management in large enterprises.
• Strong engagement management and client relationship skills; PMP or similar certification.
• Experience delivering software in enterprise environments (Fortune 100+).

Responsibilities

• Assist license sales by providing oversight to planning, estimating, and coordinating SAP LOBs and partners.
• Engage in sales, solutioning, and delivery at strategic and tactical levels.
• Manage customer relationships, escalations, and co-innovation engagements with SAP leadership.
• Oversee services relationship during implementations to deliver on time and budget with high satisfaction.
• Identify and develop business opportunities; expand SAP services on the account.
• Align project tactics with corporate strategy; communicate goals to stakeholders.
• Guide project teams on resource strategy, issues, escalation, and execution.
• Collaborate with Service Sales to expand opportunities; inform management on revenue KPIs.
• Foster networked, matrixed team collaboration across SAP units.
• Support talent development and uphold values.
