Job summary

You will partner with business, technology, control functions and external providers to manage plans, risks, and dependencies, guiding testing, implementation and go-live. The role requires 10+ years in project/change delivery, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a large matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or change-delivery experience within Capital Markets or regulatory change.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large matrix organization.
• Ability to own delivery, balance priorities, and navigate ambiguity under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation, problem-solving, and executive-communication skills.
• Strong learning agility to quickly understand regulations, trade flows, and dealer operating models.
• Experience with project-delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end stream delivery, including planning, execution, testing, implementation readiness and closure.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into scope, milestones, and accountable owners.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across business, technology, control, custodians, and vendors.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans.
• Drive alignment across requirements, design, technology delivery, testing and go-live activities.
• Maintain project artifacts and provide concise governance reporting and go/no-go recommendations.
