Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Manager, Programming & Engagement in Toronto to lead Digital, Data & Analytics engagement programs and community initiatives. You will oversee events, communications, and engagement operations to foster a connected, informed workforce across enterprise teams.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, managing flagship events, and driving program effectiveness while ensuring inclusion and accessibility in all activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employee engagement, communications, event management, culture programs, project coordination, or related roles.
• 4+ years working in enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of DDA engagement programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate employee-driven engagement activities across DDA, including DDA Collective and other employee engagement communities.
• Support onboarding, recognition, learning, and community-building activities.
• Organize meetings, maintain action plans, track commitments, and support community champions and employee volunteers.
• Help maintain a pulse on employee engagement and gather feedback to inform future programming.
