Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Digital Enablement Product Support on a 12-month contract, based in Toronto. The role focuses on CRM solutions for IB Retail & Digital, driving product strategy, and working with engineering, design, and QA in an Agile/Scrum setting.

You will lead user research, collaborate with stakeholders, and use data analytics to guide feature development while ensuring strong change management and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Spanish language skills required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Product Support.
• Knowledge of user-led design frameworks (design thinking).
• Experience deploying digital solutions that drive P&L.
• Knowledge of Retail and Small Business Banking.
• Experience building and deploying complex technology solutions such as CRM.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships.
• Support user-led design sessions with front line users to ensure product design reflects user needs.
• CRM product support for IB Retail & Digital CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify user needs, track product performance, and conduct user testing.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment to drive development and timely delivery of features.
• Lead change management activities for new technologies deployed.
• Present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and executives.
