Job summary

Stantec is seeking a connected, commercially minded Mining-Focused Environmental Services BCPL to shape Ontario mining growth by deepening client partnerships and building a high-performing team. You will lead integrated environmental, engineering, and technical solutions, drive growth across Ontario, and mentor staff while upholding safety, quality, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, hydrogeology, environmental planning, or related field.
• 15+ years of related technical, leadership, financial management, business development, and consulting experience with mining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape opportunities and grow trusted client partnerships in Environmental Services for mining.
• Lead strategic account planning with account managers and technical leaders.
• Build client relationship strategies to improve experience and expand work.
• Guide pursuits and campaigns to grow Stantec’s mining presence in Ontario and nationally.
