We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sector Leader (RSL) within Energy & Resources, focusing on growth for our Mining Sector in the Canada East Region (Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick). The RSL is a key part of E&R’s regional business leadership.
Positioning, Pursuing, and Winning Work – Engage in identifying, pursuing, and winning strategic sector pursuits in the region. Strategy – Develop and execute business plans to drive the business development pipeline. Utilization and Engagement – Meet a utilization target of 35% through involvement in sector projects. Branding and Name Recognition – Work with local BCs to align promotional spend to enhance the industry brand.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
