Job summary
Stantec is seeking a Mining-Focused Environmental Services BCPL to lead Ontario’s mining environmental practice. You will deepen client partnerships and oversee an integrated, multidisciplinary team delivering safe, high-quality environmental solutions.
You will shape the strategy, pursue growth opportunities, and mentor staff while partnering with business leaders to advance market positioning and performance across the Environmental Services portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an environmental field with strong leadership and project delivery experience.
- Proven track record growing client relationships and pursuing opportunities in mining.
- Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Ability to connect clients with multidisciplinary environmental solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Shape the future of environmental services for mining in Ontario and build partnerships.
- Lead opportunities, campaigns, and pursuits to grow Stantec’s mining presence.
- Develop client accounts with account managers and technical leaders.
