Job summary

Equinix is seeking an Enablement Programs Analyst to design, build, launch, and measure end-to-end enablement programs. The role spans discovery, strategy, design, and sustainment across global GTM priorities, partnering with Enablement Business Partners and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or a related field.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
• Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Intake, Discovery & Alignment: conduct structured discovery with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Enablement Strategy & Proposal Development: align proposals to priorities and goals.
• Program Design & Development: design learning journeys and content with SMEs.
• Program & Project Management: manage end-to-end execution with detailed plans and timelines.
• Launch, Delivery & Adoption: coordinate delivery, drive adoption and readiness for rollout.
• Coaching & Reinforcement: embed coaching practices and tools for leaders.
• Communications: plan and execute program communications.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement: define metrics and track outcomes
